These terms set out the ground rules for using SM Test (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is adult entertainment that reads the tendencies in your answers to ordinary personality questions as kinks. Results are not a medical or psychological diagnosis and do not determine your sexual orientation or actual preferences. We make no guarantee of their accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Age limit

Because the Service touches on sexual topics, it is only for people aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 must not use it. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Fees

The Service is free to use. Any data or connection charges are your own responsibility.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not:

  • break any law or act against public order and morals;
  • use results to make decisions about hiring, performance reviews, admissions, credit, or similar matters;
  • use the Service if you are under 18, or show it to or have it taken by anyone under 18;
  • treat a result as a substitute for consent, or as grounds for asking anyone to do anything sexual;
  • force anyone to take the test, or take it while pretending to be someone else and present the result as theirs;
  • submit answers in bulk with scripts or otherwise undermine the accuracy of the Service or its statistics;
  • place excessive load on, or interfere with, the Service’s servers or network;
  • copy or distribute the Service’s text, images, or characters commercially without permission.

5. Sharing results

Anyone who has the URL of a result page can view that result. Whether and with whom you share it is up to you. Result pages are set so that search engines do not index them.

You can delete a shared result from its result page at any time.

6. Rights

Rights in the Service’s text, design, characters, and software belong to the operator or their rightful owners. You are free to post screenshots of your result or its share image on social media for personal purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the operator’s part, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service or its results.

The operator may change the Service, or suspend or end it, without prior notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. We will announce significant changes on the Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
